Stainless Steel Slitting Lines

(35,000 kg) and strip widths as wide as 96″ (2438 mm), our machinery is versatile. Even with strip thicknesses up to .630″ (16mm), we guarantee production speeds of up to 1,000 ft/min (300 mpm). Our machines are adept at processing various materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, cold-rolled, hot-rolled, and surface-treated variants.
Our machinery features bespoke components tailored to enhance operational efficiency and precision. The Uncoiler, fitted with an AC Servo Motor Drive, delivers constant back tension and allows for automatic coil height and centerline adjustments. Our uniquely designed Flattener offers motorized adjustment capabilities that help improve coil shape and significantly reduce residual stress.
Our Looping Pit incorporates an elevator-type threading table designed to adjust the depth of the loop based on individual material characteristics. The Slitter, equipped with AC Servo for superior power, includes multiple units to minimize downtime during changeovers and dual eccentric adjustment for unparalleled cut quality. The Scrap Rewinder comes fitted with a powered conveyor for effortless scrap removal. Furthermore, the Tension Unit, equipped with a driven belt bridle, ensures a smooth recoiling process. Our Adjustable Deflector Roll offers variable height settings to create the optimal angle for recoiling. At the same time, the Recoiler guarantees constant tension recoiling, courtesy of the AC Servo Motor control and a seamless arc plate.
