TLN5 Series
Sheet Metal Feeding Equipment
The TLN5 Series is a part of the coil feeding equipment from KORE Machinery, specifically designed as a 3-in-1 NC Servo Straightener Feeder with Uncoiler. This series can handle material thicknesses from 0.8 to 6.0 mm, coil weights up to 10,000 kg, and material widths from 100 to 1300 mm, with a maximum line speed of 16 m/min and a feeding accuracy of ± 0.15 mm.
The standard accessories include an electric eye loop control system, cluster gear set, hydraulic hold down arm with motorized motor, and a servo control system with PLC and HMI. Optional accessories include a KORE coil car, hydraulic straightener head opening, and motorized pass line height and coil keepers adjustments.
