TLN4 Series
Coil Feeding Machinery
The TLN4 Series is designed to handle a wide range of material widths, from 100mm to 1000mm, and thicknesses from 0.8mm to 6.0mm, with a maximum coil weight capacity of up to 5000 kg and speed up to 1500 m/min. It comes equipped with standard accessories such as an electric eye loop control system, hydraulic hold down arm with motorized wheel, eccentric roller for easy setup of feeding exit direction, and a servo control system with PLC and HMI. Optional accessories include a KORE coil car, hydraulic straightener head opening, and motorized pass line height adjustment.
