Rotary Shear CTL Lines
KORE Machinery rotary shear cut-to-length lines are engineered for continuous, high-speed coil processing where throughput and sheet consistency are critical. These systems convert coiled metal into flat sheets without stopping the material flow, allowing processors to maintain production speed while preserving dimensional accuracy.
Designed for demanding industrial environments, rotary shear CTL lines support facilities that require efficient sheet production with minimal cycle interruption.
Handle up to 80,000 lbs of coil weight, 96 inches of strip width, and 1 inch of strip thickness at speeds of 275 ft/min.
Process a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and surface-treated metals.
